INSTRUCTIONS TO ORDER A GIFT CERTIFICATE:
  • Choose the amount of the gift using the drop-down menu, $20.00 to $500.00 in $10.00 increments
  • Enter the email address of the person being gifted
  • In the "presented to" field enter the name of the person being gifted
  • In the "from" field enter the name of the person presenting the gift
  • In the "message field you may enter a message up to 250 characters
  • Finally, click the "Buy Gift Certificate" button
Your gift certificate will be sent to the email address you specified. The email will include a number and "PIN" the recipient can use to pay for products at our website.

INSTRUCTIONS TO REDEEM A GIFT CERTIFICATE:
  • Add desired product to the shopping cart
  • Click "Proceed to Checkout"
  • At the top of the "Cart Contents" page enter the number and PIN you received on the "Gift Certificate" email you received, then click "Recalculate"
  • Under the "select payment type" drop down menu, select "Gift Certificate"
  • Then click "Confirm"
  • Finally click "submit Order" on the "Order Review" Page
Remember, Janelle Publications Gift Certificates never expire. Use them anytime.
